Blog Six - Picking Questions
Before I conducted the interview with my mentor, Debbie Miller, I briefly thought of a few questions. I knew I wanted to ask the generic questions such as "How did today go?" and "Is there anything that I could have done better?". I never wrote any of the questions down, I just kept them in the back of my head to make the interview process short and casual. I asked Debbie all of the questions that I had planned, but the last question I asked, I hadn't really thought about before. I asked her, "If I decide to do something like this in the future, do you think that would be a good idea?". Before I held the workshop, I figured that I would only do it once, and then it would be over, but after hearing all the feedback from the kids and parents asking if I was going to have another workshop, I actually considered holding another one in the future. That is why I decided to ask the last question at the last minute.
